Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company - Pine Bluff Yard in Pine Bluff Arkansas is currently recruiting for a Loader Operator. Only online applicants will be considered and evaluated.

Basic Requirements:

1. Do you have the ability and desire to work 12-hour shifts?
2. Do you have the willingness and flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed?
3. Do you have the ability to do manual labor including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds?
4. Do you have the ability and desire to work during inclement conditions including extreme heat and cold?
5. Do you have the ability to climb ladders, stairs and perform repetitive bending and stooping when required?
6. Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with the personnel at the facility?
7. Are you motivated and a self-starter?

Selected candidates will be trained on:

1. Wheel Loader
2. Water Truck, Skid steer, Back Hoe and Man lift
3. General knowledge of aggregate Plant Operations, Asphalt Plant, and Ready Mix Plant
4. 988 H Wheel loader
5. Startup operations for the Plants
6. Proper way to inspect plant and recognize malfunctions before startups and during operations

Expectations:

1. Good attendance Record
2. Complete job duties to the satisfaction of the supervisor
3. Demonstrate competency with all safety standards and operation procedures for each area.
4. Two years experience in equipment operations
